The Core Leadership Team of Standard Controls introduced four teams within the company in September 2008. The Customer Focus Team, Employee Focus Team, Operational Excellence Team and the Ministry Focus Team.

The Ministry Focus Team is led by David Graves and the members of the team are Sor Khamthong, Steve Gaffin, Mitch Douglas, Mike Boyte, Teresa Patton and Cathy Mendez.

The Ministry Focus Team began by developing a defining statement of its purpose which is “to serve one another with love and care through faith using Biblical Principles as our guide.  We will provide opportunities for people to grow both personally and spiritually by offering resources, training and ministry events.  We will pray for direction and insight from God to assist the company in remaining true to its vision, values and purpose.”
